She Moves® supports women 35 years and older in creating active lives that promote serving themselves through movement, nourishment, self-care, reclaiming their identity, and understanding their purpose.

As women approach 40, we start to shift. We begin a physical transition towards menopause, but we also begin to reflect inward on our experiences so far and realize that we often want more. It's not that we dislike our current lives necessarily, but rather that we're tired of trying to live up to someone else standards of who we're supposed to be. We've spent much of our lives serving others, and now it's time to serve ourselves.

She Moves® is for the everyday movers and the Masters athletes. For the carb-loving and the carb avoiding. We understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to our health and that most of us prefer more of a choose-your-own-adventure approach to life. We provide simple solutions to movement, nutrition, and wellness where you can decide what fits your needs best.

Here you will find support and resources to keep you moving through the many transitions we experience in our midlife. For some, like me, is becoming a mother for the first time in our late 30s and 40s. Others are juggling menopause and puberty. And still, others are reclaiming themselves in the empty nest phase of life. Our community branches to hold space for each of these stages, while also coming together to support our greater purpose - to move towards a serving self.

What we all have in common is the desire to reconnect with our true identities and continue to move and play through the second half of our lives.
